What's included in the free trial?
During the 7-day trial, you can try all features of Full Access: courses, Smart Practice, weekly speaking classes, and certification previews. Smart Practice on its own does not include a trial.
Are speaking classes included?
Speaking classes are included with Full Access. We host weekly live speaking classes with a new topic every week, a group Kahoot quiz, and plenty of time to actively speak Dutch together.
Can I join speaking classes any time?
Join our weekly speaking classes when it fits your schedule. There is no obligation to attend every week. We publish the class schedule one month ahead so you can plan easily.
Can I cancel my subscription and how flexible is the learning?
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Yearly subscriptions are paid upfront for one year. You learn fully at your own pace with no deadlines.
What devices can I use to access the courses?
You can log in on your desktop, tablet, or smartphone. The platform is mobile-friendly and your progress syncs across devices.
Do I get a certificate after completing a course?
Yes. With Full Access (and Lifetime Access), you'll receive a CEFR-aligned certificate for every level you complete.
What's the difference between Smart Practice and Full Access?
Smart Practice: drills for vocabulary, verbs, grammar. Full Access: full courses, speaking classes, certificates. Lifetime Access: everything forever with one payment.
What levels are currently available?
A1 and A2 are available now. B1 is coming soon and will be included automatically.
Which plan should I choose?
Smart Practice = drills. Full Access = full learning system. Lifetime = one-time payment forever.
Can my employer pay for me?
Yes! You can request a custom invoice for reimbursement or direct payment.
